Welcome to Scripture Scry, provided by IDnobLes Quantum Ideas Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the Scripture Scry mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Scripture Scry, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and spiritual growth purposes, subject to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, or play as a guest without an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
One person per account. Account sharing or selling is prohibited.

4. Virtual Currency (Shekels)

Scripture Scry includes a virtual in-game currency called "Shekels." Shekels:

Are earned by completing puzzles, daily challenges, and watching rewarded ads
Are spent on in-game hints and power-ups
Have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency
Are not transferable between accounts
May be forfeited if your account is terminated for violations of these Terms

5. In-App Purchases

We offer optional in-app purchases including "Remove Ads" and other premium features. All purchases are:

Processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
Subject to the applicable store's refund policies
Non-refundable through us directly — contact Apple or Google for refund requests
Account-specific and non-transferable

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the App
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App
Post offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content in community features
Impersonate others or create false accounts
Exploit bugs to gain unfair advantages (please report bugs to us instead)

7. Content

Scripture Scry includes Bible content, puzzle images, and AI-generated Bible insights for educational and devotional purposes. Bible verses are sourced from publicly available translations. We make no claim of ownership over Scripture text.

All other App content — graphics, sounds, UI design, puzzle data — is owned by IDnobLes Quantum Ideas Inc. and protected by copyright.

8. Advertisements

The free version of Scripture Scry displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Purchasing "Remove Ads" disables advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IDNOBLES QUANTUM IDEAS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR VIRTUAL ITEMS.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@godhasdoneit.com.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes through the App.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which IDnobLes Quantum Ideas Inc. is incorporated. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by applicable law.
